Scones, pastries, sandwiches and delectable sweets were on offer at a High Tea produced by the YES Year 9 Food and Hospitality students.
Ms Doran and her students have been working hard in the kitchen in preparation for the High Tea, their final practical for the Term 2.
Students collaborated to work out the items they wished to include on the menu and practised making each component throughout the term.
Ms Doran said students were allocated an individual recipe in Week 9, which they cooked and then shared with each other.
“The students displayed amazing teamwork and did an excellent job with the presentation of the table and High Tea stands,” Ms Doran said.
“After their outstanding joint efforts and hard work, they were able to sit down together and enjoy the fruits of their labour.”
Ms Doran said both she and SSO Megan were very proud of the students and the fabulous skills they displayed.
