YES STUDENTS DEMONSTRATE SPECIAL EFFECTS MAKEUP
Community Studies B Stage 2 students had a task to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, confidence, and willingness to apply SFX makeup or hand treatment on a peer or themselves.
Students chose an area of interest and researched the topic, preparing a materials list, and gathering evidence in the form of imagery or sketches to assist them in their creation.
Students were required to write a script about the application required to achieve the result, and then create a “YouTube” how-to session.
Zali chose to demonstrate a special effect on an injury to the neck using the salon’s Mehron products.
