Fresh pasta in YES Kitchen Operations

In Certificate II in Kitchen Operations lessons, Izack made fresh pasta from scratch with lecturer Belinda Myles. He did a great job of making lasagne sheets, fettucine and spaghetti. It look a long time but was worth the end result. Who doesn’t love fresh pasta?
